User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://sz444.cam and all related pages, content and services operated under the sz444 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated as an English-language online casino and sports betting information service targeting Pakistani users.

Your privacy is important to sz444. The collection, use and protection of any personal information associated with your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms part of the terms binding on you.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein. sz444 does not sell personal data to third parties and processes personal information only in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, sz444 expressly disclaims:

• Any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.

By using this Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We are required to do so by Applicable Law or pursuant to any court order, regulatory directive or government instruction.

Termination of your access does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution shall survive any termination.

sz444 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of the current terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the law of the jurisdiction in which sz444 is operated, to the extent not inconsistent with mandatory local law in the user's jurisdiction.

Where a dispute arises between you and sz444, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith correspondence via the contact details provided in Section 18 below. In the absence of resolution through correspondence, disputes may be referred to appropriate legal proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under Applicable Law in your jurisdiction, including any rights you may have as a consumer.
